I couple of weeks ago I did some tests with the lovely food stylist, Lottie Covell. We decided to base our shoot on some Donna Hay Gnocchi Recipes. We started to shoot by doing some steps:

These steps produced a beautiful Mushroom Gnocchi in a cream sauce:

We also made some beetroot Gnocchi served in a pesto sauce:
