LAST secret supper club

As part of the cook book I am trying to produce with food stylist and good friend Lottie Covell, we have started to run supper clubs here in London. We have now collaborated with the fabulous chef Jesse Dunford Wood, and we are running our supper clubs from his restaurant, ‘Parlour’ in Kensal Green. Our supper clubs are based on the concept of peoples Last suppers. We ask all our diner’s to submit their Last supper via our website. From the submissions, we then select the evenings 4 course menu. It’s like a game of meal roulette as our diner’s don’t know what they are going to eat until they arrive! It all adds to the excitement and the secret element of the evening. The excitement doesn’t end there! We pick our menu from 4 diner’s submissions, so each evening we give 4 diner’s £10 each towards the cost of the evening. They also get to enjoy Jesse’s interpretation of their dish!
