I was commissed to shoot the fabulous chef Jesse Dunford Wood's first cookbook 'Modern British Food'. It really was an amazing project to be invovled in. We photographed 50 recipes over 5 days, plus step shots, portraits and interiors.... It was a busy week! I enjoyed every minute of it!
