I really do love all things food! I get to work on so many lovely projects.... But I am forever intrigued with our relationship of how our food should look on our plate! I am THAT person that only ever cooks a recipe from a cookbook if theres a picture... I guess I like to know what I'm going to get! This got me thinking though... Could I sell in a recipe if what the viwer sees first is the empty remains of what once was. So I decided to give it a try and Foodfins was born.

All the recipes are inspired by places I have eaten at across the UK and Europe. It really is just the begining stages of the project but I wanted to share some of my favourites so far -
