Fundraising for KCEM
After such a tricky year I think it’s super important to keep on looking after each other and show our support where we can. This year I have decided that I will support two charities, The first one is called ‘KCEM’. An adult education and pre-school centre in Tanzania. It was co-founded by my wonderful friend Jess Baxendale, and she is running 5km a day for 10 days with the ‘LivLife’ team raising funds for this very worthy cause. Not only does the centre ofter free education to 120 adults per year, it also offers a safe and supportive space for people who really need it! KCEM also supports 45 children with pre-school childcare and breakfast 6 days per week... That's 8550 bowls of porridge per year! How amazing is that!
If you want to know more about this wonderful charity and find out how you can help, please see their Facebook page- https://www.facebook.com/watch/livlifetanzania/
I know my donations not massive, but every bit really does help this fabulous charity and raises awareness about the wonderful, life changing work they are doing.
