Absolute Press- Japan Cookbook, World Vegetarian Series by Chef Reiko Hashimoto

Shooting this book was an absolute pleasure!!! Absolute press are a dream to work with, so when they approached me back in April 2019 to shoot this, I obviously jumped at the chance. It was a 5 day shoot with wonderful chef Reiko Hashimoto, who also runs an amazing Japanese Cookery school in Wimbledon, South East London. We photographed a range of dishes during the shoot, here’s just a few of them- Aubergine Yuzo Miso Bake, Beansprout Pancake With Miso Wasabi Mayo, Sushi,… The list goes on!
